Kibou ("Hope") is Shion Winery's dry, aromatic white blend of 100% Yamanashi City-grown Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, and Chardonnay. It shows cherry and green apple aromas layered with grapefruit and lemongrass citrus, framed by rich fruit, firm acidity, and a distinctive spicy, herbal finish.
