flower road is a rosé blend from Sapporo Fujino Winery's f series, made with Bacchus grapes grown in Tappu, Mikasa City and Zweigelt (Zweigeltrebe) grown in the Nobori district of Yoichi, Hokkaido. Fermented entirely with wild yeast in the winery's minimal-intervention house style, it shows a pale rose-pink hue with aromas of fresh white flowers and quince, along with subtle notes of ume plum and herbs. The palate offers bright, crisp acidity carrying apricot and Japanese citrus-peel flavors, a faint hint of salinity and richness, and a lingering finish with a whisper of spice.
