Lacellerie Mi is Ryomi Vineyard & Winery's dry white series, made exclusively from grapes grown on the estate's own vineyard in Taiwa, Miyagi. This 100% Gewürztraminer -- Alsace's signature aromatic grape -- delivers a heady nose of lychee, white rose, and coriander over a dry, aromatic palate, reflecting the estate's push into cool-climate, high-altitude Tohoku whites.

Sommelier's Note

A rare single-varietal Gewürztraminer from Tohoku -- its lychee and rose aromatics make it a natural match for spice-forward, Asian-inflected menus that most Japanese whites can't handle.

New to wine?

An easy entry point into aromatic whites -- the lychee and rose aromas are instantly recognizable, with a clean dry finish.

Food Pairings

Its aromatic intensity pairs beautifully with Thai and Vietnamese dishes, Sichuan-style spice, soft cheeses, and pâté -- cuisines that overwhelm most delicate whites.

When to drink it

Aperitif, dinners built around Asian-inflected or spiced menus, or casual gatherings with friends.
