Kyoho White is a limited-production white wine from Nasu 661 Wine Hills, made from 100% Kyoho — a large-berried black table grape normally associated with red and rosé wines. The 2025-harvest grapes were grown in Ohira, Tochigi City (Tochigi Prefecture) and vinified using the white-wine method, pressed and fermented without skin contact at the winery's Nasu facility, so the deep purple pigment of the Kyoho skins never transfers to the wine. The result is an elegantly rounded, aromatic white with moderate acidity and a smooth, mellow palate. Bottled at 720ml with 12% ABV, it is best enjoyed well chilled.
Proof that Kyoho isn't just for rosé and juice — pressed white, it becomes a delicately perfumed, easy-drinking wine unlike almost anything else on the market.

Food Pairings
