Gold Ganko is the top red cuvée from Nakamura Wine Kobo, released in 2018 to mark the winery's 30th anniversary. Selected vintage lots of Cabernet Sauvignon are blended with Merlot and Muscat Bailey A by owner-winemaker Genji Nakamura into a fuller, more concentrated wine than the standard "Ganko Oyaji" red. It comes from the family's own vineyard in the Asuka district of Habikino, Osaka, and was served at events tied to the 2019 G20 Osaka Summit.
