The End... is a 2025-vintage still white wine from Grape Republic, made from 100% Delaware grapes grown in the winery's home base of Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture. In keeping with the producer's 'Made of 100% Grapes' philosophy, the wine is fermented with wild yeast and aged for seven months in oak. It shows Delaware's signature candied-grape aromatics alongside fresh orange peel notes, with a juicy, citrus-driven palate and a dry, crisp finish.
A limited-release Delaware from Grape Republic that trades the variety's usual sweetness for a dry, orange-peel-laced crispness — a distinctive take worth seeking out while it lasts.
