Oubu is Gokase Winery's rosé sparkling wine, made entirely from Campbell Early, a black table-grape variety grown by local farming families in the Kyushu highlands of Gokase, Miyazaki Prefecture. Its pale pink hue and gently sweet character echo the cherry blossoms ('sakura') referenced in its name, delivering a soft mousse and a mellow, well-rounded finish.
A rare rosé sparkling built entirely on Campbell Early — its soft pink color and gentle sweetness make it one of the most approachable sparkling wines in Gokase Winery's lineup.
