Tsuki no Serenade Sparkling Rosé is the newest addition to Edelwein's signature 'Moon Serenade' series, produced in Hanamaki, Iwate Prefecture. Made from 100% Iwate-grown Campbell Early grapes, it is a distinct, independently released sparkling wine — separate from the still (non-sparkling) Tsuki no Serenade Rosé in the same series. It offers a gentle, strawberry-like aroma and a refreshing semi-sweet palate with fine bubbles, best enjoyed well chilled at 6-8°C.

Sommelier's Note

A charming, fruit-forward sweet sparkling rosé that captures the character of Iwate-grown Campbell Early grapes — an easy, celebratory pour that stands apart from Edelwein's still Moon Serenade Rosé.
