Kita Wine Pinot Noir Rose is a dry rosé from Chitose Winery in Hokkaido, made from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Kimura Vineyard in Yoichi. The current release is the 2025 vintage (750ml, ABV 13%). Juice extracted by the saignée method is fermented in French oak barrels, yielding a vivid salmon-pink wine with a fine balance of Pinot Noir's fruit character and bright acidity — fresh, pure, and dry.
