Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Winzenberg
WhiteGewurztraminer
Gewurztraminer from the granitic Grand Cru Winzenberg, bright golden yellow with a complex, expressive nose of spice, faded rose petal, and candied apricot. The attack is soft, revealing the power of aromatics and spice, with a long finish where the granite terroir shows through in a nice spiced, mineral balance. The 2021 vintage earned two stars (remarkable) from the Guide Hachette des Vins.
Klevner - Pinot Blanc Réserve de la Dîme

Muscat Concerto pour Valentin
WhiteSweetMuscat
A rare, limited-production Vendanges Tardives-style Muscat, first made in 2005 to mark the birth of Valentin, the first grandson of the Hubert Metz family, and produced only in years when weather conditions allow overripeness on the vine. Harvested using the same late-harvest principle as a Vendanges Tardives, it is intensely aromatic, combining sweetness and richness with the characteristic gourmand grapey character of Muscat.
Pinot Noir Réserve de la Dîme
RedPinot Noir
A red Pinot Noir from vines around 45 years old, vinified with a three-week maceration including remontage and pigeage, then aged twelve months in barrel. The wine shows aromas of red fruit and cocoa, with emerging complexity, finesse, and a silky texture — a wine that continues to gain expression with time.
Riesling Grand Cru Winzenberg
WhiteRiesling
A single-vineyard Riesling from the granitic Grand Cru Winzenberg, the estate's flagship holding on the hillside above Blienschwiller. Elegant and refined, it expresses the mineral, energetic character of granite soil with a fine, complex nose of citrus and orchard fruit, an opulent yet fresh and mineral palate, good tension and long persistence. Vintages have consistently scored in the 93-94/100 range from critics.
