About this wine
A 100% Barbera wine sourced from selected hillside vineyards farmed organically by the estate. The grapes are destemmed and given a 48-hour cold maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation with about 25 days of total maceration, then aged 14 months in tonneaux. The result is a full-bodied, vibrant red with ripe dark berry fruit, a touch of sweet vanilla, and the bright acidity characteristic of Barbera.
A bold, fruity, and remarkably smooth introduction to high-end Barbera.
Sommelier's Note
"A Barbera that shows real ambition — vibrant acidity, ripe fruit, and enough structure to be taken seriously."

バローロ・カステレット DOCG
Barolo Castelletto DOCG
RedNebbiolo
A single-vineyard Barolo sourced exclusively from the upper reaches of the Castelletto cru in Monforte d'Alba, adjacent to the estate's winery. Made entirely from Nebbiolo and aged in large Austrian Stockinger oak casks, it develops aromas of sour cherry, violet, rose petal, and spice that evolve toward leather, tobacco, and truffle with age, backed by firm tannins and remarkable longevity.
バローロ DOCG
Barolo DOCG
RedNebbiolo
Castello di Perno's estate Barolo is sourced from the lower slopes of the prestigious Castelletto cru in Monforte d'Alba. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in large Austrian Stockinger oak casks, it shows the classic Barolo structure of dried rose, red cherry, and earthy undertones with firm but polished tannins, offering an accessible entry point into the estate's range while still reflecting Castelletto's terroir.
バローロ・ペルノ・リゼルヴァ DOCG
Barolo Perno Riserva DOCG
RedNebbiolo
The estate's rarest and most prestigious bottling, made exclusively from the small parcel of Nebbiolo the estate owns in the historic Perno cru in Monforte d'Alba — the vineyard from which the property takes its name. Production is extremely limited, at roughly 1,200 bottles per vintage. Aged as a riserva in large oak casks, it shows dried rose, tar, leather, and dark cherry, with an austere, structured frame and considerable aging potential.
ランゲ・ナシェッタ
Langhe Nascetta
WhiteNascetta
The estate's white wine, made from 100% Nascetta, a rare native Piedmontese grape once nearly forgotten and now enjoying a revival. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Alta Langa at around 700 meters, the grapes are destemmed and given a gentle 8-hour maceration and soft pressing, then fermented spontaneously without malolactic conversion. Aged in steel and refined in bottle for six months before release, it shows bright straw-yellow color with white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and white flower aromas, backed by fresh acidity and pronounced minerality.
ランゲ・ネッビオーロ
Langhe Nebbiolo
RedNebbiolo
The estate's entry-level Nebbiolo, sourced from the Gramolere vineyard in Monforte d'Alba. Aged in a combination of French and Slavonian oak, it softens Nebbiolo's naturally firm tannins while preserving vivid red fruit, floral aromatics, and earthy undertones, offering a more accessible, early-drinking expression of the grape compared to the estate's Barolo bottlings.
