Flor de Muga Blanco Reserva

フロール・デ・ムガ ブランコ・レゼルバ

Bodegas Muga

Viura · Garnacha Blanca · Maturana Blanca

About this wine

Flor de Muga Blanco Reserva is Bodegas Muga's most ambitious white wine, a modern, Burgundian-inflected style Rioja Blanco made from Viura blended with roughly 30% each of Garnacha Blanca and Maturana Blanca, sourced from selected high-quality plots. Fermented and aged with lees contact and a portion of new oak, it shows notes of butterscotch, mandarin, lemon, lime and pink grapefruit, layered with cinnamon spice and faint toast. The palate is full, round and creamy with excellent purity, chalky minerality, and a long, fresh, citrus-laced finish supported by vibrant acidity — a serious, age-worthy expression of white Rioja.
