About this wine
Named after the Notre-Dame aux Raisins chapel built in 1854 to seek protection against oidium, Vignes Notre-Dame comes from the granitic scree soils of Brouilly, the largest and southernmost of the Beaujolais crus. Intense purple-red in color, it shows dark fruit notes of blackcurrant and blueberry with good concentration.
Fruity, straightforward, and food-friendly — a great everyday Beaujolais cru.

Frequently Asked Questions

- Yes — Brouilly is generally considered one of the more approachable, fruit-forward Beaujolais crus, well suited to casual meals.
