Nebbiolo

About this wine

A Langhe Nebbiolo DOC crafted entirely in stainless steel for a fresh, bright style ideal for youthful drinking. Intense ruby red with brick-red hints as it ages, it opens with rose, blackberry, blackcurrant, subtle earthy tones and fresh citrus lemongrass notes. Light to medium-bodied on the palate with bing cherry, truffle, spice and a touch of tar, medium acidity, a slight tannic grip, soft and persistent — often compared to elegant, Pinot Noir-like reds.

Beginner's Note

A great gateway into Nebbiolo for Pinot Noir lovers — light, bright, and approachable.

Sommelier's Note

"Angelin is the friendliest handshake Nebbiolo can offer — proof the grape doesn't always demand a decade of patience."

Food Pairings

Pairs beautifully with mushroom risotto, roast chicken, tomato-based pastas, charcuterie, and richer fish like grilled salmon or tuna.

When to drink it

Weeknight dinners, mushroom dishes, casual entertaining.
