Allegrini Palazzo della Torre
アレグリーニ パラッツォ・デッラ・トーレ
Allegrini
Corvina Veronese · Rondinella · Sangiovese
About this wine
Palazzo della Torre is Allegrini's highest-volume and most widely distributed wine, first produced in 1983 from vineyards surrounding the Renaissance-era Villa della Torre, now owned by the Allegrini family. Roughly 30% of the grapes undergo a partial drying process before being blended with the remaining freshly fermented wine — a technique inspired by appassimento but distinct from classic Ripasso — resulting in a wine with more richness and structure than a typical Veronese red.
An excellent, food-friendly introduction to Allegrini's appassimento-influenced style at an accessible price.
Sommelier's Note
"Palazzo della Torre punches well above its price point — its partial-drying technique delivers Amarone-like richness in an everyday-drinking wine."
Food Pairings
Versatile with grilled meats, pizza, aged cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes with red sauce.
When to drink it
Everyday dinners, casual entertaining, an easy bottle to keep on hand.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is Palazzo della Torre made the same way as a Ripasso wine?

- What does Palazzo della Torre taste like?
- Expect notes of coffee, cocoa, dark chocolate, and ripe dark fruit, with a rounded, generous palate.
- Is it good value?
- Yes, it is widely regarded as one of the best value wines in Allegrini's range, having appeared multiple times in Wine Spectator's Top 100.

アレグリーニ アマローネ・デッラ・ヴァルポリチェッラ
Allegrini Amarone della Valpolicella
RedCorvina Veronese · Corvinone · Rondinella · Oseleta
Allegrini Amarone della Valpolicella is a benchmark expression of the Valpolicella Classico region. Crafted using the traditional appassimento method, where grapes are dried for several months to concentrate sugars and flavors, this wine offers remarkable depth. It presents a complex bouquet of dried cherries, dark chocolate, tobacco, and exotic spices. On the palate, it is powerful yet elegant, characterized by velvety tannins, a full body, and a persistent, harmonious finish.
アレグリーニ ラ・グローラ
Allegrini La Grola
RedCorvina Veronese · Oseleta
La Grola is a single-vineyard IGT/DOC red from Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, sourced from the historic hillside vineyard many believe to be the birthplace of the Corvina grape. Sitting just below La Poja and Amarone in Allegrini's range, it blends predominantly Corvina Veronese with a touch of Oseleta, aged in French oak to produce a wine of dark-fruit intensity, spice, and polished tannins.
アレグリーニ ラ・ポヤ
Allegrini La Poja
RedCorvina Veronese
La Poja is Allegrini's flagship single-vineyard, single-varietal Corvina — the world's first 100% Corvina wine when it debuted with the 1983 vintage. Sourced from a tiny 2.6-hectare limestone plateau atop the La Grola hill, it is aged for around 20 months in new French oak, delivering remarkable depth, structure, and aging potential of 20+ years.
