Yukimuro Aged White Wolf is a dry white wine from Agricoa Echigo Winery made entirely from Chardonnay grown across the winery's own vineyards in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata. Blending fruit from several estate parcels, each contributing a different character, the wine is fermented at low temperature without any oak contact to preserve the grape's natural fruit aromas, then matured in the winery's yukimuro (snow cellar), where a near-constant, humid, low-temperature environment rounds out the texture over time.

Sommelier's Note

No oak, no shortcuts — just estate Chardonnay slow-rounded by Niigata's snow cellar into a remarkably smooth, honest white.
