Piemonte Bianco Passito Inverno
ピエモンテ ビアンコ パッシート インヴェルノ
Abrigo Giovanni
Favorita
About this wine
An exclusive sweet Piedmontese wine made from 100% Favorita, produced through partial over-ripening on the vine followed by withering of the grapes in crates. Bottled at 11.5% ABV, typically in 375ml half-bottles, offering a concentrated, honeyed take on a grape more often seen as a dry white.
A gentle introduction to Italian passito-style dessert wines — sweet but not overly heavy, in an easy-to-share half-bottle format.
Sommelier's Note
"Inverno shows a completely different side of Favorita — appassimento concentration turns this everyday grape into a honeyed, contemplative dessert wine."

バローロ ラヴェーラ
Barolo Ravera
RedNebbiolo
Abrigo Giovanni's flagship wine, a single-vineyard Barolo from the celebrated Ravera cru in the commune of Novello, at roughly 400m altitude. Vinified in stainless steel with extended post-fermentative maceration, then aged 20-24 months in oak barrels followed by further bottle refinement. It shows a rich garnet hue with wild rose, dried flowers, chamomile and cedar on the nose, silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, harmonious finish with notes of red and black cherry, tobacco and balsamic herbs.
ネッビオーロ ダルバ
Nebbiolo d'Alba
RedNebbiolo
A more approachable expression of Nebbiolo than the estate's Barolo, hand-picked in mid-October and fermented in stainless steel with about 10-12 days of maceration, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aged around 12 months in oak casks and tonneaux, favoring previously used wood to preserve balance. Bright ruby red with garnet highlights, showing dried plum, violet and bay leaf aromas, soft tannins and a mouth-watering, medium-long finish.
ドルチェット ディ ディアーノ ダルバ
Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba
RedDolcetto
The estate's entry-level red, a 100% Dolcetto blend from several parcels across Diano d'Alba. Vinified in stainless steel with a short 5-7 day maceration and aged in stainless steel and bottle to preserve freshness. Bright ruby red with violet reflections, showing cherry, cherry-stone and red fruit aromas with soft tannins and a fresh, medium-length finish.
ドルチェット ディ ディアーノ ダルバ スペリオーレ ガラベイ
Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba Superiore Garabei
RedDolcetto
The estate's finest expression of Dolcetto, from Garabei, its oldest parcel with vines over fifty years old. The diversity of rootstocks and clones gives the wine innate complexity, grown on sun-drenched south to south-west facing slopes with calcareous marl and sandy layers that add finesse. Vinified in stainless steel with 9-12 days of maceration, then matured in concrete tanks and bottle. Deep ruby red with violet hues, rose petal, blackberry and wild black cherry aromas intertwined with tea, black pepper and almond notes, dense enveloping tannins and a smooth, persistent finish.
ドルチェット ディ ディアーノ ダルバ ソリ・デイ・クラーヴァ
Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba Sorì dei Crava
RedDolcetto
The signature wine of Cascina Crava, the estate's historic farmhouse, from the vineyard of the same name in Diano d'Alba. "Sorì" is Piedmontese dialect for a sun-exposed slope, and the wine is ripe, expressive and full of warmth. Hand-harvested from vines over 50 years old at 350m altitude on calcareous marl and sandstone-rich soils with south-western exposure. Shows wild cherry, black cherry and small red fruit aromas with soft notes of tea, hay and almond; dry, enveloping tannins balanced by acidity give an elongated, persistent finish.
バルベーラ ダルバ マルミネーラ
Barbera d'Alba Marminela
RedBarbera
A classic, 100% Barbera from the estate's home vineyard in Diano d'Alba and a vineyard in Grinzane Cavour, crafted to preserve the variety's distinctive character. Aged in concrete tanks to keep freshness while adding depth. Ruby red with violet reflections in youth, turning garnet with age, with an elegant, floral opening of rose petals, small wild cherries and fresh field herbs; fruity on the palate with fine acidity and medium body.
