Cornas is an AOC of the Northern Rhône, recognised in 1938. It is limited to the village of Cornas on the right bank of the Rhône in Ardèche. Only red wine is produced, and Syrah is the only permitted grape.

Bernard Blachon
Bernard Blachon is an individual vineyard business based at 8 Chemin de Clarenson in Cornas, Ardèche, in the northern Rhône Valley (registered as a sole proprietorship, SIREN 407732130, activity: vine growing). Its main wine is red Cornas AOP, made from Syrah. Older vintages have also appeared at auction under the name Domaine Bernard Blachon. It is a separate business from Domaine Blachon in Mauves (Saint-Joseph) and from Cave Sébastien Blachon in Saint-Jean-de-Muzols.

Catherine Cuchet-Beliando is a very small Cornas estate in the Northern Rhône, run by Catherine Beliando, a member of the Jaboulet family. The domaine farms a single 3.5-hectare parcel in the Chaillot lieu-dit on decomposed granite, planted entirely to Syrah. Wines are fermented whole-cluster with native yeasts and made by winemaker Guillaume Gilles.

Domaine Alain Voge
Domaine Alain Voge is a Cornas estate in the northern Rhône Valley, built up by Alain Voge, who estate-bottled his wines and became one of the figures who helped establish Cornas' reputation. Alain Voge died in 2020; Lionel Fraisse leads the domaine today. The estate makes Syrah-based Cornas, including Les Chailles, Les Vieilles Vignes and the old-vine Les Vieilles Fontaines, as well as Saint-Péray (Marsanne-based), Saint-Joseph and Côtes du Rhône. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically.

Domaine Cyril Courvoisier
Domaine Cyril Courvoisier is a small, certified-organic estate based in Cornas, Ardèche, in France's northern Rhône Valley. Cyril Courvoisier, a Jura native trained as an agronomist and oenologist in Dijon who worked with Jean-Luc Colombo, restored long-abandoned terraces and dry stone walls and replanted them. The estate has parcels in Cornas, Saint-Péray and Saint-Joseph, and makes Syrah-based reds and Marsanne/Roussanne whites with limited intervention, aged 12 to 18 months in neutral barrels.

Domaine Dumien-Serrette
Domaine Dumien-Serrette is a family estate at 18 rue du Ruisseau in Cornas, Ardèche, in the northern Rhône Valley. Nicolas represents the fourth generation. The vineyard covers 1.5 hectares on steep granite slopes, centred on the Patou plot. Nicolas farms along organic principles without certification, treads the Syrah by foot, presses it in a traditional basket press and ferments with indigenous yeasts. The estate offers two Cornas cuvées, Patou and, since the 2013 vintage, Henri.
