Fourth-generation Cornas family estate on 1.5 hectares of steep granite

About Domaine Dumien-Serrette

Domaine Dumien-Serrette is a family estate at 18 rue du Ruisseau in Cornas, Ardèche, in the northern Rhône Valley. Nicolas represents the fourth generation. The vineyard covers 1.5 hectares on steep granite slopes, centred on the Patou plot. Nicolas farms along organic principles without certification, treads the Syrah by foot, presses it in a traditional basket press and ferments with indigenous yeasts.
