Nerima Blanc is Tokyo Winery's signature dry white field blend, made entirely from grapes grown in the winery's own vineyard in Nerima Ward, Tokyo. Nine varieties — Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Petit Manseng, Cabernet Sauvignon, Albariño, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Pinotage — are co-fermented as a field blend, a signature technique of this tiny urban winery. It shows fresh, floral aromas of quince and pineapple with a hint of mint, backed by crisp citrus acidity and a fruity, medium-bodied depth.
A rare field-blend white made from nine varieties grown in the heart of Tokyo — proof that world-class grapes can thrive within the 23 wards.

- How is Nerima Blanc different from Tokyo Winery's Sora Sauvignon Blanc Pétillant?
- Nerima Blanc is a still, dry white field blend of nine grape varieties, while Sora is a single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc finished as a pétillant (lightly sparkling) wine through in-bottle fermentation.
