Sera Winery, operated by Sera Agri Park Co., Ltd., is a tourism-oriented Japanese winery located within Sera Yume Park on the cool, high-altitude Sera Plateau (roughly 400-500m elevation) in Hiroshima Prefecture. The operating company was established in 2002, and the winery pressed its first vintage in autumn 2005. Working with about 20-30 local contract farmers and no imported concentrate, it crafts wines entirely from Sera-grown grapes, including the Hiroshima-bred Honey Venus alongside Muscat Bailey A, Chardonnay, and Merlot, yielding styles from crisp and dry to gently sweet. Alongside the winery and shop, the site includes a restaurant serving Sera-grown ingredients, the Yume Kogen farmers' market, and family attractions such as a foot bath and a miniature steam train.
