Rémi Henry

レミ・アンリ

Bouzy-only family Champagne, Pinot Noir-driven

About Rémi Henry

Rémi Henry is a family Champagne house based in Bouzy, on the southern slope of the Montagne de Reims. The current house was founded in 1985 by Rémi and Odile Henry, who took over the family vines; their son Marc-Antoine now carries it on as the second generation. Its vines lie exclusively in Bouzy, a village classified 100% Grand Cru, and it buys no grapes from other villages. Pinot Noir leads, with Chardonnay as a complement. Wines are mostly fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with demi-muids for the Blanc de Noirs and Bouzy Rouge.
