Fulfulle Rosé is the rosé expression of Pino Collina's casual, drink-often 'Fulfulle' line, made from Merlot and Syrah grown on the historic Matsugaoka plateau in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata. Like its siblings Fulfulle Blanc and Fulfulle Chardonnay, it is farmed without pesticides and vinified with Pino Collina's gravity-flow, minimal-intervention approach in keeping with the estate's vin naturel philosophy. The wine shows a pale, delicate pink hue with bright red-berry fruit and a soft, gentle structure carried by the cool, wind-swept terroir at the foot of Mt. Gassan — an easygoing, food-friendly rosé distinct from the winery's prestige bottlings like Tsuruoka Koshu.

Sommelier's Note

The most approachable of the Fulfulle line — a soft, red-fruited rosé that shows Matsugaoka's terroir without ever feeling serious.
