Pinot Gris from Okuizumo Vineyard is a white wine made from estate-grown Pinot Gris, a naturally pink-skinned mutation of Pinot Noir. Cool-fermented to preserve delicate aromatics, it opens with a floral, bouquet-like nose layered with ripe peach, pear, and tropical fruit. The palate is round and full-bodied with soft, gentle acidity, and the winery's signature mineral-acid balance gives it a lifted, refreshing finish despite its generous fruit weight.

Sommelier's Note

One of the most food-friendly whites in Okuizumo Vineyard's lineup — floral and fruit-driven up front, but the soft acid-mineral balance keeps every glass refreshing rather than heavy.

Food Pairings

Terroir & Winemaking
