Mori no Wine White is Okuizumo Vineyard's everyday-drinking white, part of the winery's 'Mori no Wine' (Wine of the Forest) trio alongside a red and a rosé. A field blend of the resilient hybrid Seibel 9110 with Koshu, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, it is built for approachability rather than complexity: bright citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit lead into a crisp, lively acidity and a clean, dry finish. Fermented without oak to keep the fruit forward and fresh, it is one of the most affordably priced bottles in the Okuizumo lineup, designed as an easy, food-friendly pour for daily meals.
This is Okuizumo's daily-drinking workhorse — proof that a wine doesn't need to be complex to be genuinely satisfying at the table.
