Koshu Dry is Monde Winery's entry-level, everyday expression of 100% Koshu grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture, part of the winery's Standard series. The wine shows a clear, pale green-yellow hue with aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, and white peach layered over fresh, lemon-like fruit. Crisp acidity and Koshu's characteristic soft bitterness on the finish give the wine a refined, well-balanced structure that never tires the palate. It won a Silver Medal at the Japan Wine Challenge 2023.
