Sommelier's Note

A textbook example of Château Mars's house style — European backbone meets Japanese approachability in one glass.

New to wine?

A gentle, food-friendly red — soft tannins and ripe berry fruit make it an easy first step into Japanese red wine.

Food Pairings

Pairs well with richly glazed, umami-forward dishes — think sukiyaki, teriyaki chicken, or hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce — where its soft tannins and dark berry fruit complement savory-sweet sauces.

When to drink it

Everyday dinners with grilled or simmered dishes, casual gatherings with friends.
