About J. Lassalle
J. Lassalle is a family-run Récoltant-Manipulant Champagne house founded in 1942 by Jules Lassalle in Chigny-les-Roses on the Montagne de Reims. After Jules died in 1982, his wife Olga and daughter Chantal took over the estate, and his granddaughter Angéline Templier joined as winemaker in 2006, making it a house led by three generations of women. It is a member of the Club Trésors de Champagne and produces a Special Club cuvée.
