GreGreGrape is a playful, no-added-sulfite rosé sparkling wine from Hakko Chaud (formerly Domaine Chaud), made entirely from the Steuben grape. The 2025 vintage is fermented with minimal intervention to preserve the variety's exuberant, candy-like aromatics of fresh strawberry and red berries, finishing dry with a lively, gently fizzy mousse. Distinct from the winery's blended cuvées, this bottle is a pure, single-varietal expression of Steuben.

Sommelier's Note
