About Guy de Chassey

Guy de Chassey is a family-run Champagne grower in Louvois, a Grand Cru village on the Montagne de Reims. The family has farmed here for seven generations; from the third generation it made its own Champagne under the name Lucien Beaufort, and the Guy de Chassey brand was established by Guy de Chassey (1929-1993). Today it is run by Marie Odile de Chassey and her daughter Ingrid. The estate covers about 9.5 hectares of vines in the Montagne de Reims and holds HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification.
