About Guillaume Sergent

Guillaume Sergent is a grower-producer (Récoltant-Manipulant) based in Vrigny, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. He farms a very small holding across parcels in Vrigny and Coulommes-la-Montagne, uses neutral oak and minimal dosage, and makes the wines at the Vrigny cooperative. Production is a few thousand bottles a year, including Le Chemin des Chappes (Pinot Noir and Meunier) and Les Prés Dieu (Chardonnay).
