Grape Ship's mellow Yellow Label is a lightly sparkling white made from 100% organic Muscat of Alexandria grown in the historic Funao district of Kurashiki, Okayama. The grapes are gently pressed whole in a basket press and fermented in small oak barrels; unfermented grape juice is then added at bottling, triggering a secondary fermentation inside the bottle that traps a natural, delicate fizz. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulfites, it opens with lemon, green apple and herbal top notes layered over the ripe, honeyed aromatics of Muscat and quince, finishing crisp, bright and refreshingly light.
The definitive expression of Grape Ship's house grape: Muscat of Alexandria's honeyed aromatics captured mid-flight by a whisper of bottle-conditioned fizz.

- It's crafted from 100% Muscat of Alexandria grown organically in Funao, Kurashiki, Okayama — the district's signature table grape turned into wine.
- Is it a sparkling wine?
- It's lightly sparkling (pétillant): a small amount of grape juice is added at bottling, triggering a natural secondary fermentation in the bottle that produces a gentle, soft fizz rather than full Champagne-style pressure.
- Does it contain added sulfites?
- No. It's bottled unfined, unfiltered and with zero added sulfites, so some natural sediment is normal and not a flaw.
- How should it be served?
