Domaine Laurence et Rémi Dufaitre
ドメーヌ・ローランス・エ・レミ・デュフェートル
Pioneering natural Beaujolais with zero added sulfur.
Located in Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières, Domaine Laurence et Rémi Dufaitre is a prominent natural wine producer in Beaujolais. The couple began acquiring vines in and around Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly in 2006, immediately farming organically, and bottled their first vintage in 2010. They cultivate Gamay across Brouilly, Côte de Brouilly, and Beaujolais-Villages, and are close friends of fellow Saint-Étienne natural-wine pioneer Jean-Claude Lapalu. Their winemaking emphasizes purity and minimal intervention, using carbonic maceration with little to no added sulfur, resulting in vibrant, terroir-driven wines that capture the essence of Gamay.
