Nansemble is a rosé wine from Domaine Beau, made from estate-grown grapes on the Tatenohara plateau in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture. It is a blend of red varieties Merlot and Syrah with white varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, co-vinified to produce a pale, delicate pink hue. The nose opens with melon and citrus, developing into notes of stewed sugar and strawberry jam, while the palate shows gentle, rounded acidity and generous fruit volume — the aromatic lift of the white grapes balanced by the body and depth contributed by the red varieties. The 2023 vintage was released in 750ml bottles.
