Delaware is Chateau Sakaori Winery's standard, filtered bottling of the Delaware grape, made from 100% Yamanashi-grown fruit fermented in stainless steel tanks. Unlike the winery's unfiltered 'Delaware Nigori' and 'Delaware Nigori Sparkling' cuvées, this is a clear, still white with a gentle off-dry sweetness balanced by clean acidity, offering the grape's characteristic tropical fruit and citrus character in an easy-drinking, everyday style.
The clear, filtered counterpart to Chateau Sakaori's Nigori series — a straightforward, honestly sweet Delaware that shows the grape's fruit without the cloudy texture of its sibling bottlings.
