Founded in 1999 by Moira Guerri in Montiano, in the Manciano municipality at the foot of the Maremma Regional Park, Celestina Fè is a small artisanal winery named after Guerri's grandmother, who inspired her love of the land. Starting from a single 1.5-hectare Sangiovese plot, the estate has grown to roughly seven hectares producing about 40,000 bottles a year. The winery follows organic farming principles, avoiding chemical fertilizers and synthetic additives, and bottles its wines unfiltered to preserve their natural character. Its flagship Morellino di Scansano DOCG, first released with the 2003 vintage, is a pure expression of hand-harvested Sangiovese from the Maremma coast, alongside the Maremma Toscana DOC blend 'Amoremio'. The estate also runs the 'Pian dei Pini' agriturismo, welcoming guests for tastings and farm-stay experiences.
