Frequently Asked Questions
- What does Barolo Marialunga taste like?

- How should I serve Barolo Marialunga?
- Decant for at least an hour before serving and pour at 16-18°C in a large Burgundy-style glass to let the aromatics fully open.
- What food pairs well with Barolo Marialunga?
- Braised beef, wild boar ragù, white truffle dishes, and aged hard cheeses stand up well to its tannin and acidity. It also pairs surprisingly well with rich Japanese dishes like sukiyaki.
