Favorita

About this wine

A crisp white made from 100% Favorita (a Piedmontese relative of Vermentino), grown on the estate's tufa- and limestone-rich soils. Pale straw in color with greenish reflections, showing notes of white flowers, lemon and green apple with a subtle mineral edge. Cryomacerated at 18°C for seven days, then aged six months in horizontal stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness.

Beginner's Note

A light, refreshing white with none of the intimidation of Piedmont's big reds — an easy everyday choice.

Sommelier's Note

"A refreshing reminder that Piedmont isn't only about Nebbiolo — this Favorita has real mineral drive."

A natural match for seafood antipasti, fried fish, and light vegetable dishes.

When to drink it
