Arnione

アルニオーネ

Campo alla Sughera

Cabernet Sauvignon · Merlot · Cabernet Franc · Petit Verdot

About this wine

Campo alla Sughera's flagship Bolgheri Superiore DOC, produced only from the estate's best plots, harvested and vinified separately parcel by parcel. A Bordeaux-style blend led by Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, it shows deep aromatic complexity — balsamic eucalyptus, bitter orange, black cherry and Mediterranean scrub — with a dense, structured palate of ripe black plum, mocha and vanilla wrapped in polished tannins. It matures in French oak barriques and tonneaux before further refinement in bottle.

Beginner's Note

Bolgheri's benchmark Bordeaux-style red — a great first bottle if you want to understand why Super Tuscans command attention.

Sommelier's Note

"Arnione is the wine that proves Bolgheri doesn't need Sassicaia's price tag to deliver Sassicaia-level ambition — plot-by-plot precision you can taste in every glass."

Food Pairings

A structured wine that calls for equally structured food: Fiorentina steak, grilled lamb chops, or well-aged pecorino toscano.

When to drink it

Special dinners, steak nights, cellar-worthy gifts for wine collectors.
