Antërsè Metodo Classico Extra Brut

アンテルセ メトド・クラシコ エクストラブリュット

Brovia

Barbera · Nebbiolo · Freisa

About this wine

Brovia's first venture into sparkling wine, weaving together three local varieties — Barbera (60%), Nebbiolo (30%), and Freisa (10%) — made using the traditional (metodo classico) method. The inaugural 2019 vintage spent 50 months on its lees before disgorgement in spring 2024, with a modest dosage of 2 grams per liter. The name nods to the historical tradition of lightly sparkling, bottle-fermented Langhe Freisa.
