This Sauvignon Blanc is made by Bookroad Winery (葡蔵人~BookRoad~), the urban winery in Tokyo's Taito Ward (Okachimachi), from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown by contract farmers in Azumino, Nagano Prefecture — the grapes are harvested in Nagano and vinified at the compact Tokyo facility. The 2025 vintage comes in at 11% ABV and offers a light, easy-drinking palate with fresh, crisp acidity, notes of citrus and green apple, and a clean finish. It is designed as a casual, everyday white — great chilled with light snacks, sandwiches, or on a picnic.
