Crémant d'Alsace Brut Premium

クレマン・ダルザス ブリュット・プレミアム

Bestheim

Pinot Blanc · Auxerrois

About this wine

Bestheim's best-selling crémant and the house's benchmark cuvée, blending Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois from the finest parcels around Bennwihr and Westhalten. Vinified without malolactic fermentation, it rests 18-20 months on lees in bottle using the traditional method, giving it a fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens on acacia and hawthorn blossom, moving to yellow fruit (peach, apricot) with toasted notes from lees aging; the palate is fresh, light-bodied and dry with a lively finish.
