Named in tribute to Adriano's grandmother Maddalena and her favorite style of wine, this Moscato d'Asti is a sweet, gently sparkling jewel of Piedmont. Straw-yellow with golden hues, it offers aromas of sage flowers, lemon, and peach, produced by soft-pressing Moscato grapes and halting fermentation early to retain natural sweetness and low alcohol.

Sommelier's Note

Maddalena carries a grandmother's favorite style into the glass — low alcohol, delicately sweet, and utterly charming without a trace of heaviness.

New to wine?

Low in alcohol and gently sweet — an easy, delightful introduction to Piedmont's aromatic white wines.

Food Pairings

A refined aperitif that also pairs with shellfish, mollusks, and crudo fish dishes; excellent with fruit tarts, hazelnut tart, panettone, or poured over fresh fruit salad and ice cream.

When to drink it

Aperitivo hour, dessert pairing, and celebratory toasts for those who prefer a lighter sparkling wine.

Terroir & Winemaking

100% Moscato Bianco. Grapes are soft-pressed immediately after harvest, fermented in pressure tanks at 15-16°C, then cooled to 0°C to halt fermentation at around 4-5% ABV, preserving natural sweetness and light effervescence.
