About Weingut Aldinger

Founded in 1492 in Fellbach, Weingut Aldinger is one of Württemberg's oldest and most celebrated family estates, now run by the 16th generation, brothers Hansjörg and Matthias Aldinger. A VDP member since 1994, the estate is internationally regarded as Germany's benchmark producer of Lemberger (Blaufränkisch), crafted in an elegant, Burgundian style above all from the celebrated Fellbacher Lämmler vineyard. Alongside its Lemberger, the estate produces outstanding Riesling, Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) and the traditional Württemberg variety Trollinger, grown on the Keuper marl and gypsum soils of the Neckar valley across Fellbach, Untertürkheim, Stetten and Uhlbach.
