Tenuta Campo al Signore
テヌータ・カンポ・アル・シニョーレ
Small Bolgheri estate pairing 2022 organic certification with underwater-aged wines.
Founded in 2010 by Valentina Sicca and Luca Parenti, Tenuta Campo al Signore is a small, dynamic estate on the Etruscan Coast between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci. The property combines vineyards and olive groves across roughly ten hectares, producing around 20,000 bottles a year of Bolgheri DOC red and rosé wines from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Sangiovese. Since the 2022 harvest the estate has been certified organic in both vineyard and cellar, favoring low-intervention winemaking that limits additions and invasive techniques. The winery is also known for an experimental partnership with Jamin and the University of Florence to age bottles of its Rosato and Rosso underwater at 50 meters in the Portofino marine protected area, the first such project by a Bolgheri producer.
