Champagne Stéphane Coquillette is a family grower-producer (Récoltant-Manipulant) based in Chouilly, a Grand Cru village of the Côte des Blancs, and a member of Vignerons Indépendants de France. Stéphane is the fourth generation of a Champagne family, and the estate was founded in 1985. Chardonnay comes from Chouilly (Grand Cru) and Cuis (99% Premier Cru), and Pinot Noir from Aÿ (Grand Cru) and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ (99% Premier Cru). The estate has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2014 and avoids herbicides. The range includes L'Entrecoeur, Diane, Les Clés, Millésime, Marie Aimer (rosé) and Louis.
