About Simon-Devaux

Simon-Devaux is a family-run Champagne house based in Celles-sur-Ource in the Aube (Côte des Bar). Alain Simon, who trained at the viticultural school in Beaune, established himself on the family estate in 1998 and began producing under his own label as a récoltant-manipulant in 2003. His parcels are spread across three Champagne areas: the Côte des Bar, the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The estate is certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale), and its range includes cuvées such as Tradition, Rosé, Grande Réserve, Premier Cru and Éphémère. Tastings and direct sales are available at the property.
