Chouilly Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, family-run since 1930
About Saint-Chamant
Saint-Chamant is a Champagne house centred on Chouilly, a Grand Cru village of the Côte des Blancs. It was established in 1930 by Pierre and Hélène Coquillette, taken over by their son Christian in 1950, and since Christian's death in 2020 has been run by his son Stéphane. The estate farms about 11 hectares, mainly Chardonnay in Chouilly Grand Cru, and specialises in Blanc de Blancs. Wines are disgorged only once an order is placed. The range includes Brut Blanc de Blancs, Cuvée Craie, Cuvée Royale, Intégral, Millésime and Brut Rosé.
