Historic 1682 Simonsberg estate; elegant Bordeaux blends & Chardonnay.
About Rustenberg Wines
Established in 1682 in the Simonsberg valley of Stellenbosch, Rustenberg is one of South Africa's most historic wine estates, spanning 880 hectares. Owned by the Barlow family since 1941, the estate combines centuries of tradition with modern viticulture across cool, elevated (180-450m) vineyards on the slopes of the Simonsberg and Helderberg. Rustenberg is renowned for its Bordeaux-style blends, Chardonnay, and Syrah, which consistently express the estate's distinctive granite and shale terroir, and for maintaining an unbroken record of cellar production since 1892.
