Champagne Robert-Allait is a family-run grower estate in Villers-sous-Châtillon in the Marne Valley, built on five generations of winegrowing. Stéphanie and Aurélien Poussin run it with Stéphanie's parents, Sylvie and Régis Robert. The 14 hectares, split across more than 80 parcels on south-facing slopes, are planted to 9 ha Meunier, 3 ha Chardonnay and 2 ha Pinot Noir. The estate holds HVE and VDC (Viticulture Durable en Champagne) certification and makes its Champagnes without malolactic fermentation.
